This dress is based on a gorgeous champagne Valentino gown - I love the sparkles and sequins and soft nude champagne color. Notice the sparkles on the skirt as well. The skirt is emulating a plethora of tulle and organza so much that the light fabric gets heavy and looks rich in texture.
